Shard Packing With Merlin??
(2013-03-07 - 2013-03-12)
No description.
Oblivion
The shards have all been collected, all beyond one, and now it is time to go visit Merlin! Most likely some may have been summoned, some may have just known, and others may received magical letters. You never know with this old wizard of shenanigans!

The door opens automatically for all, yet within his home things are happening. Books are floating in the air, so are some pots and pans. Merlin can be seen fussing with the famous, difficult sugar bowl who has apparently taken offense to the tea cup.

Archimedes however is just in his home, eyes peering out in annoyance at all the insanity. He seems very content to stay in there for the time right now, as he always /hated/ this part.
Aerith Aerith had been with those who went after the shards in quite a few instances, so when she got the call, flowergirl decided she'd be one of the first ones there, whatever winds may come. Thus, when the door opened, she stepped inside and had to dodge three books and a frying pan before she found herself a decent place to sit. "I'm going to assume something is going on, right? Or is this just how things usually work in here?"
Will Sherman "I just assume this always is happening." Will says as he passes by Aerith. In his hands is a book, one that they got from the Whale known as Monstro. On the inside cover it says property of M. Mim. "Hey Merlin, we got stuff." he says, Holding the book up. "You want this or maybe we should just burn it?" he says, finally, he hadn't remembered to take the book to him, due to all of the insanity of the passed few weeks and the recovering of other shards.

Scratching the back of his head he looks around.. "Geeze, busy tonight?"
Tifa Lockhart Tifa Lockhart has been here before, its been a while already, hasn't it? Before the tournament, and before opening a new bar in Traverse. Things changed alot since then. But its alright, changes are good, when its for the best.

She reaches up to pick one of the floating book at random, flipping through it for a few seconds, before holding it up so it can float back to wherever it was going to "I think it was like that last time Aerith. Its still rather special. It would be neat if my drink bottles were floating around like that, and I could just pick up the one I need." c.c
Avira As far as Avira knew, they had all the shards!

Her own summon had surprised her this morning when she stepped out of the communal VALKYRI bathroom, only to find an origami paper crane flittering around the room. Fortunately, the animate paper had been easy to capture and when she had, it unfolded into a nicely handwitten summon to Merlin's house. She assumed that Mercade or someone else had reached out to the wizard and this was the clear fallout. It was time!

Arriving with Maira in tow, excitement is apparent upon her face. "What, you didn't get a note, Will? Tonight is the night! All that shard hunting is going to pay off! I have been wondering, though..."

The huntress frowns, "Why is it that Manhattan needed so many shards to be collected? I've seen at least two places now where it only took one."
Zia While Zia may have missed the first encounter with Merlin that started all this in the first place, she isn't about to be absent a second time. The white gargoyle had, of course, been involved in some of the hunts for the various shards, so it isn't too surprising that she would show up here, her cloak covering her wings, but for the most part she doesn't seem quite as gun-shy of humans or crowds as she used to be.

Stepping in, the gargoyle dodges one book, then tries to grab another to see what the title is. This isn't her first visit to see Merlin, yet she hadn't really followed up on the information he'd given her the last time. Well, tracking down Guadium Lord wind demonesses isn't easy! "Aye lass, but if yer drink bottles could float around, Ah would imagine tha they'd get a wee bit irritated now 'n again, 'n then ye'd have a real case of alcohol abuse on yer hands when they go upturn on yer customers." Zia comments to Tifa as she releases the book back into the air.
Sora Wandering behind Will is one (1x) Sora.

The Keyblade Wielder looks vaguely amused and entranced as he watches the show, his blue eyes dancing as they flit from one object to another. He's been mostly clueless the whole collecting Manhatten shards event (but who all is surprised?). "Huh."
Reize Seatlan True to the name sake, the Shard Seekers are on the case. With the threat in Fluorgs passing, Rize would be able to take his time to help the other folks outside of Fluorgis. In particular, Manhattan neded to be returned. Reize looks over at the door openng, "Oooh..."

The boy /tenses/, however, at the pots and pans moving around

...Hopefully, they don't plan another revolution of liberation. Reize is already sweating bullets.

"Uhh.."
Deelel Deelel had helped with several of the shards and had managed to make her way to where they were to meet up with Merlin. The media program however is a bit on edge really tonight. Prehaps because they could be a target right now given all the shards that are likely to be here tonight. Still she's in good spirits as she enters more or less and pauses at will for a moment peering at him and then laughing. "Well hello Will."

Zia also gets a look from the program she's just curious she's only seen a handful of Zia's kind before and Percy was kinda in a very scary headstate when she met him.

She looks over at Reize enters "Greetings Reize."
TRON Alan follows Avira in, already mentally preparing himself for the display of magic that usually comes with the territory. Unfortunately, he does not anticipate the levitating/flying objects swirling around the room when he enters and gets clocked upside the head by a passing frying pan.

His head cants to one side from the hit, the pan in question dropping out of the air, and he catches the tome in one hand as he readjusts his glasses with the other. He doesn't seem to be any worse for wear, all things considered.

"Watch your head," he comments to the others dryly, twirling the pan in one hand before setting it down onto a nearby table. It'll probably levitate itself back into its proper spot on its own.
Katyna Katyna has arrived, along with her fellow VALKYRI, curious to meet this Merlin fellow and learn about the location of the final shard. However, what she would do with that information remains to be seen..

She steps in not long after Avira, peering around Merlin's house curiously. "Ooh, so this is the place huh? What a mysterious place. But I wanna meet this magician, I'm also curious to know why there are so many shards!" She's also curious about what else Merlin knows about what's going on.

Glancing around at the others gathered, she spies a few famliar faces, smiling and waving cheerfully at Reize. "Hey!" She's also aware of the white gargoyle from the party..Ooh, and the keyblader from the crazy circus tent. That coveted keyblade is eyed quietly before she waits for Merlin to appear.
Maira Maira is indeed in tow, as excited as her best friend and eager to see Manhattan restored. It has been a tough journey, and she is ready to see the refugees able to go home, not to mention seeing her friends get their world back.

VALKYRI has arrived en force, and Maira is grinning. It feels so nice to be part of a group--friends, who all support each other.

Maira starts poking around Merlin's house a little, her eyes wide and filled with child-like curiosity.
Violet And right behind Reize is the newly arrived girl that is now known as Violet. Flying books and pots and pans... Magic. Yeah. Definitely magic. And magic, at least in Violet's opinion, is never a good thing. Magic means trouble because there's always a price to be paid to use it. Trouble with a capital 'T'. Her bright crystal blue eyes hesitantly glance around them with growing anxiety as she grabs at his sleeve, if only to make sure that she doesn't get seperated from him.
Emi Dennou Emi has come along htis time, but she's by herself (effectively) or rather in the sense of not being with other Dennous. She is wearing her visor over her head and has entered with the Avira contingent.

She smiles faintly, having difficulty containing her excitement. It's almost ooover. :D :D :D. And that means Manhattan will be back soon. Right? Right.
Mercade Alexander Mercade is totally here! "AVIRA! EMI! WAIT FOR ME!" Mercade yells, running after them from the distance as he approaches the tower.

Seriously, Mercade totally thought they had them all and then SOMEONE had to inform them that there is a SPECIAL TWIST. That is, FOUR ELEMENTS WEREN'T ENOUGH. SOMEONE HAS TO GET ALL ARTISTOTLEAN OR CHINESE ON THIS SHIZ.
Oblivion
Merlin glances over and is about to speak up till the sugar bowl start to wave its spook at the tea cup once more. "Now see here!" He huffs out before trying to break them up again. So these leaves the Owl to respond for Merlin, who's voice echoes from the log bird home. "You /do not/ want the answer to /that/ question."

Merlin peers over at Archimedes, "Now now, Archimedes, that is no way to answer a guest's question." He says lifting up his hand, before quickly placing it between the tea cup and sugar bowl. He then notices other coming in and smiles at them all. "Welcome! Welcome! Please do not mind Archimedes there. He dislikes adventure!"

"Allergic to it really." The owl retorts.

Merlin then takes the sugar bowl with him, which shakes its spoon angrily at the tea cup once more. "I do apologize for the mess. I have a ship to catch in a few.." He pauses, snags one of the pocket watches out of the air, pops it open to look at the time. "..No. Not this one." he releases it and goes for another. "An yes. A few more hours." He then lets that one go back into its place.

Merlin takes out his wand and motions it about. A few books, pots, and pans scatter out of the way on command. Others were, still trying to get in some line. He then clears off the table with a wisp of a few swishes and then with a spin, which almost gets his wand tied up in his beard, summons all the chairs over to the table; including those who may be sitting /in/ chairs.

Which a chair then scoots itself under him, before he sits down and then it politely moves him in; along with any others who like to line themselves up. He places down the naughty sugar bowl. "I would offer some tea, but it has already been packed!" He then peers over at Will. "The book? Hmm. The book." He rubs his beard in thought.

Archimedes then pipes up. "You think. /That/ book."

Merlin hrms again, "..I.. have so many books, including a few scattered over time... Oh yes! Yes! That book." he peers upward, muttering, 'I think it is that book', before he continues, "Place it over there lad, right there in that corner for now." He motions to it with his wand, which almost makes a few things go in that direction. "No no no. All of you get back in your lines. I wasn't motioning to you!"

"Now everyone, please. Please have a seat and let us discuss what we are here-- at least what I believe we are here -- to discuss!" Merlin says with a smile.
Reize Seatlan He cannot help but look towards Avira, Mercade, and few of the others. He brightens consideraly to th familiar faces. "Oooiii!" He cheerfuly beams, but his eyes cannot help but observe the floating kitchen pottery with a wary glance.

As Merlin greets the group, the boy brightens considerably. "Oh! Violet, we made it!" When As she is holding onto his sleeve, Reize helps guide her along with the gathering.

And the chairs will their way to the tables. Or rather, are summoned.

No tea? "Awww.."

Reize takes a seat, idly nudging Violet to take a seat as well!
Will Sherman "'Kay." Will says, glad to be rid of it, and to spite Mim. "Witch deserves whatever you do to her, by the way." said like someone who resents Mim a whole lot. So after a few moments, he sits down and looks at Avira, "I remebered! I just forgot I had to return THAT too. I figured he can do something about it, instead of Mim realizing that I still have it." Will shrugs, pulling Sora with him. "Might get a free meal out of this." he whispers to the Keyblade Weilder.

However, Zia breaks his stride...yeah. He scratches the back of his head, trying to think of something to say...but no words come. He wouldn't be too put off if she just came after him...god knows he deserves it, but he was also being self depreciating.

"Hey Deelel...seriously, Judge bunny? What a jerk, right?" he says to her. He waves to Emi and Mercade, "Hey guys! Oh hey Reize and another girl are here too." he pauses, "And nobody was surprised.."
Aerith Aerith chuckled at the banter between wizard and owl before making herself comfortable. She glanced toward Zia and gave her a wave before directing her attention toward Merlin, content on simply listening to what he had to say for the time being. If there was one more, they'd just have to go get it. Already, Aerith was anxious to see Manhattan restored to its former glory.
Avira "Meraaaaaade hurry up!" Avira calls over her shoulder, clearly full of impatience and excitement. "You should at least be on time for this!!"

Since this isn't the first time she's visited the absentminded wizard, the animate dishes and floating...everything isn't that much of a shock to her. It's nonetheless extremely impressive since she knows enough about magic by now that pulling off this sort of simultaneous levitation and whatnot takes a very large amount of power. It takes an even more impressive mastery over the arts to do all that and make it look effortless like he's doing right now.

"Oh, heya Reize! Come to see..." she trails off, "...so you found Merlin's house! Welcome!"

She pauses, "So what kind of book was it anyway, Will? A grimoire or spellbook or something like that?" Maybe she could borrow it-it was probably interesting reading.
Sora Sora gets chairnapped! No, really.

One of the moving chairs catches the Keyblade Wielder by the knee caps and with a ungainly 'whumph', the spikey-haired boy is carted off towards the table. Then with another shuffle, it promptly affixes itself in its' proper spot, Sora still dazed inside of it.

"I don't like chair travel..."
Tifa Lockhart Tifa Lockhart shakes her head as well. "We're here for the shards. We have all four shards, but it doesn't seem to work. Are we msising something maybe?" She asks pointedly. She looks back as Mercade makes his 'grand entry', in a rather noisy way too. She lifts her shoulders, looking back to Merlin. "Earth, Fire, Wind and Water, that should be all we need, or do we need to be in a specific place for it to work?"
Deelel Deelel sees Tron and Avira both who get a grertings from Deelel "Greetings, Tron, Avira." She's now turning her attention back to th Towl and Merlin curious what they have to say. "A ship?" Not more water, why is it water? She really wants to know why users have this thing for Water. Oh well it could be worse right? She takes a step back and inds spot to sit down as they have a whole lot to talk about.

"She can be quite so, Will."

She's going to keep tactful as she can on the subject and she looks at Will at his Reize comment, that gets an eyebrow raised. While she looks bck to Merlin with intrest.

"That is the question how do we combine the shards and restore the city. The ways of magic are more alien to me than even this world so I'm quite at the loss now that we have them all."
Maira Unsurprisingly, Maira is delighted by the eccentric wizard's house, fascinated with all the objects, her eyes moving around appreciatively and trying to work out in her mind how everything is being done. Merlin's concentration is amazing! Maybe someday she could--OU WHAT A PRETTY OWL!
Zia With so many people around, Zia naturally lurks to the background. Still quite shy by nature, there are more than a few here that she's familiar with, but for the most part they are offered nods or faint smiles. She lingers near Aerith and Tifa, though, looking uncertain. The greater the number of people in a room, the more uncomfortable she does tend to feel, especially when most of them are humans.

There is a moment where she meets eyes with Will and just sort of ... stands there. "Uh. Hey." She offers, nervously. Actually resolving issues will likely have to wait until after there isn't flying books and half-crazed wizards fighting with dishware.

Emi is given a quick wave of her hand, and then a book goes flying past and Zia just stares at the cover for a moment, looking confused. She still needed to give the girl a crash course in modified magic like she managed to do down in those underwater ruins, but that would go on her list of things to do later. It's getting to be a long list.

Even so, Zia comes to take a chair and settle herself, looking towards the old wizard. The gargoyle offers Sora a small smile. "Sometimes, it's best nae te go sittin down in an enchanted house then, lad. Ye never know what this old coot will manage te make do strange things. Weird magic." This from the girl who shoots lightning...
Violet Violet blinks her bright blue eyes a few times before she looks to the ecstatic Reize. Though he's always ecstatic it seems. "We made it..." she says slowly. What does that mean exactly? And who are these people anyways?

Nearby she hears Will greet Reize and the blonde girl frowns pointedly at him. "Violet." she corrects quickly, and just as quickly moves her attention to more important matters. Like Reize nudging at her to sit. Violet gives him a brief look of worry before choosing the seat next to him to smoothly lower herself into it, spreading her skirt out over her lap and smoothing it out with her hands.
Mercade Alexander Mercade gasps and huffs as he catches up to everyone, bending over with his hands on his knees in an effort to get some oxygen back. He has to run a long way, dangit!

"I'm here... I'm here." He says, looking around at the rest of the people who appear to be much more prepared for this (except Reize, who is never prepared for anything ever) than he is. He blinks as Merlin does his Merlin thing. The man is so... eccentric. To be expected, really. The Detective sits down in one of the chairs as requested - there are apparently a ton of them - And prepares to listen to what Merlin has to say.

He waves to Tifa and smiles, and leans over to Zia and Sora. "She's totally right. There was this one time I saw Merlin work with his tea service, and it was amazing. Flew right through the air and made itself, perfectly. The sugar cubes even put themselves in the cups." He reaches out and gives Sora a quick ruffle of that messy hair, before he looks over and waves to Zia. "Hi there!"
TRON Alan ducks his head as the air is cleared of flying objects, more out of 'just-in-case' caution than anything. He makes his way over to the table and takes a seat, chuckling softly despite himself as Sora is brought to the table by levitating chair.

Better to laugh at the incomprehensible than waste time trying to figure it out.

For now, he stays silent, listening as the others ask the pressing questions. Deelel gets a glance over the rims of his glasses, but his attention is more diverted over to Maira as she seems to show interest in Archamedes. From what he remembers the /last/ time he went to Merlin's house, that's probably not wise...
Evja It's just about this time that a rabbit is late. Rabbits are always late. Late for a very important date. No time to chat, no time to walk, he's late.
Late.

LATE

Thump. A heavy sound comes from outside Merlin's, or at least the address he was told by Aerith when he slipped off to buy some fresh clothing for the event. After all, the last set of clothes he had got kind of... messed up. Thus Evja stepped inside after a quick knock and paused in the doorway, staring at the... well, massive commotion that seemed to be going on. So many present. Today the Viera was wearing a rather pretty dress of all things, a bit fluffy and poofy and certainly nothing anyone wanted to fight in, but it was short notice and hard to actually find something else that fit and looked... well, concealing enough. And as ever the black veil/bandana over the face that some Viera wore - this one particularly. "I hope I am not too late?" he asks aloud, softly, voice(for those that do not already know) a practiced feminine tone.
Emi Dennou Emi Dennou hasn't hung out with Merlin much. Last time he seemed to be grumpy to be providing exposition so it seemed rude to approach him for further exposition. She saw little reason to harass the man until this point, but of course knowing there's still work to do is a bit disheartening, she thought they had enough elements of harmony for this job.

She resists the urge to ask Archimedes how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop. She sits down, though, when provided with the opportunity.

"It's good to see you here, Reize. We are surprised to see you, The Network explains lazily."

DID YOU KNOW: Today is Emi's Unbirthday!
Katyna Aww, no tea? That's no fun! :( Kat continues to peer around the room, curiously touching this or that. Questions are asked and there's nothing more she has to add her self, except. "Well yeah, and in addition to puttin the shards together, is that it? Or is there really one more shard to locate? I mean, there are so many already.."

She blinks as she spies Emi and smirks, "Heh, it's your..Unbirthday? What the hey is that mean?" Bah, she wants tea...Mrr...
Oblivion
The wizard listens to all the chatter across his table. Nodding his head a bit, though as the sugar cup attempts to escape, Merlin lands his hand directly on it. It apparently was in time out perhaps?

"Fire, earth, water.." Merlin hrms gently. "Oh yes! With there power combined..."

Archimedes waddles out to stare at Merlin, "No no no! They are not rings. They are /shards/."

Merlin pauses and stares at the owl from across the room. "Oh. Shards? Are you sure?"

Archimedes just stares at Merlin at this point. The two stare at one another before Archimedes speaks slowly. "The girl said.. shards."

Merlin blinks, "Oh! You are quiet right, quiet right." he looks upward a bit. "..but where did I get rings from. Does not matter!" He then quickly goes to stand up before walking over to a stack of floating books. "Let me see here..."

Archimedes at this point looks at the crowd as Evja comes in late before the owl fluffs up a tad at the Viera. Then looks directly at Kat who is touching stuff. "Nah uh-uh! Do not touch anything!" Owl bird fluff!

Merlin the walks overto Archimedes as he has a book in his hand before using the wand to tap the owl on the head a few times. "Now now. No reason to be rude, Archimedes. She is only a curious lass."

The owl stares at Merlin as if highly insulted by the act, before he hmphs and goes back inside his bird home.

Merlin then smiles at Evja, "Welcome, welcome. You are just in time for the explanation of the shards. Please have a seat!" Then the wizard starts to make it back to the table as he realizes suddenly. This is is the wrong book. "..Now where.." he slowly stares over at the bag. He then releases the book into the air for it to return back to its spot before he walks over to the bag. He peers over at Deelel at last, "Yes. Disney Magic to be correct! Heading for Keywest! Lovely place really. I am looking forward to the sun and the waves!"

He then suddenly seems to half way fall into the bag, though he is still speaking. "Oh and if you see Jack Sparrow, let him know I may bring him back some rum would you!" shuffle shuffle.

Meantime the Sugar bowl correct its lid and seems to be 'staring' at /everyone/.
Tifa Lockhart Tifa Lockhart sweatdrops abit at the sugar stares. Flying books, talking owls... a sugar pot staring at you shouldn't be that much a surprise, but she can't help it.

She also doesn't know where he got rings from... but maybe there's potential for a cartoon or something. But there's still the missing shard to talk about here. She waits patiently for the old man to get his explanations going, leaning a shoulder against hte nearby wall quietly, arms crossed over her chest. She waves to Mercadein passing too "Hi 'honey'." Yeah, she's not giving up on that tease. Its like a game, seeing how many people and how they will actually react to it. Although she doesn't know if Mercade had anyone in his sight. Its not like she's kissed him anyway.

She did kiss Reize though, although it was a different situation.
Avira "Hello Dee, glad to see you here too." Avira grins. In fact, there were quite a few familiar faces here! Unsurprising, really, because she can see just about all of the people gathered have been helping out with the Manhattan restoration in some way. Right up to the judge bunny that comes running in late.

"Yes, shards. Shards of Manhattan." Avira finally takes a seat, "We got the Earth Shard, the Wind Shard, the Fire Shard, the Water Shard, the...uh..." she looks to the others, "...that...one in the place where we all turned into animals. What shard was that? Wood? Anyway, the important thing is, we've got them all, soooo..."

She gestures at Sora, "We get them together and we have someone with a keyblade that..uh..does stuff and it comes back, right? Unless there's more to it we're missing?"

Tifa refers to Mercade as 'honey' and Avira pauses. She looks to the bartender then slooooooowly turns to look at Mercade. "...what."
Emi Dennou Emi looks at the Sugar bowl.

She looks around a bit and then tries to pop it open and peek inside.

"Hello?" She asks the interior of the sugar bowl, should she get that far. Look this is a lot more interesting than Western Keys.
Reize Seatlan Nobody was surprised?

???
???

Reize looks rather confused for a moment. However, the boy waves a hand towards Sora, "Chair travel isn't that bad.." Pause. "..If they don't hug and squeeze you." Then, Reize looks at Deelel and Zia, "Oi, you two!" And then, he looks at Zia, "Glad to see you're traveling as well!"

And he glancing over towards Violet, smiling once she takes a seat. A hand waves towards Mercade, "You look like you had to brave through a storm to get here!" A grin is given towards Emi, "Oooi, Emi!" The grin becomes wider, "Like I said, I am traveling now, so I can help the places outside of Fluorgis now."

And then, Merlin explains about he shards, though the comment between the bird and Merlin earns a confused look. "...hh." A glance back is given, "Ooii, Kat!" Then, he looks back at Merin, "..Disney Magic?"
Sora Sora peers at Avira, Tifa, and Mercade. He feels a instinctive need to duck, and he does so, at least a little bit - by drawing himself into his chair that seems to NOT BE MOVING ANYMORE (thank Disney). His safety check done, he echoes Reize for a few minutes.

"... how do you know about chair travel, Rei--- wait, nevermind, do NOT answer my question." Beat.

"What's disney magic?"
Zia "Tha would have been a sight te see." Zia agrees wholeheartedly, although her ears are tucked back slightly. Facing fears isn't easy, but at least she's trying. "Ye would be one of the detectives, am Ah right? Ah've heard a fair bit about ye 'n yer fellows from Deidra." The white gargoyle tries to strike up some brief conversation with Mercade. It's the first time she's really had an opportuntity to talk to them, as much as they had come from the same world. With a glance at Merlin, she looks back at him, "Maybe we could have a word some other time. Ah'd like te know more ye and yer friends."

When the old man begins to speak, she quiets down to listen, tail twitching at her ankles. "Ye do know tha nae all of us work so well with sun and waves, right?" The prospect of being in stone sleep, underwater, is not one that the gargoyle really seems fond of. Then, Reize goes about distracting her. He's good at that. "Wouldnae let ye go alone lad. Yer bound te attract trouble." As if that wasn't /her/ job.
Deelel Deelel is thinking about enjoying playing in the water. She manages to keep a brave face on and hopes Merlin does enjoy himself when he gets there. She's already in the chair before she realise prehaps this wasn't a good diea but the mention of Disney magic gets her a bit confused she feels like she should know the word like it's there in her source code but she can't place any meaning to it.

"I shall tell Mr Sparrow about the rum if we do find him again. He tends to come and go like the wind."

The Sugar bowl gets a glare back from Deelel she recalls what it did before that was a heck of a mess but her expression softens quickly.

"Even though after the city is retored? Alan we will have some work to do still." She cna't really leave the grid in Shinra's hands really. Also the comments with Mercade and Tifa gets the basic to get an error 404 type of look on her face. Zia's comment snaps her out of it.

"The sun is interesting but my world has no such thing, I can see how it might be off putting."
Will Sherman Will wiggles his nose, "What?" at the comment, "Look, everygirl surrounds that kid. It's like he's a magnet. Good thing he's innocent." Will shrugs, and it's true. It's like he's a magnet for trouble and girls. Will looks at the Sugar bowl, "You're not foolin' anyone." His head looks at Zia...he scratches the back of his head...and looks away after a moment. "...I owe you an explanation, so...yeah. I can give it later?" he offers, trying not to get ahead of himself. She'll probably still attack him, and he's not against that.

Judge bunny makes him narrow his eyes, looking at her with a glare. "Not sure you're here to give them back to the people who took them in the first place?" Will was still bitter about that, and her words in the tourny. Sighing, will rubs his forehead, but they need all the help they can get...even if it is insufferable...I mean, they have Tom after all, Judge Bunny probably is just like Tom.
Violet Violet tries to give Reize a smile in return, though hers is less confident as she gives the room a curious look. "Shards..." she recounts what the Meruin had said. A small frown tugs at her delicate brow and she turns back to glance to Reize again. Since he's the only one that she knows right now. "Wait, shards like what the seekers seek? Is everyone else here after shards too?" That might give the group gathering a new perspective. Are they all shard seekers?
Aerith Ah, there he was! Aerith's invitation did not go unheeded after all. Aerith waved to Evja as he entered, and turned her attention back to Merlin... whose flying books and such now made sense. A vacation, was it? Hey, even big time magic slingers needed a break.
Evja When formally invited to take a seat, Evja nods to that and slips in far enough to shut the door before looking towards one of the floating chairs and waving it over. Chair in hand, Evja walks simply enough towards Aerith, whom he knew was going to be there, planning to sit next to her. That does take the Viera by Will though.

"..."

Sigh. "...if you have issue with me, yell at me when something important is not the focus." that came as a soft reply towards the boy, "Though if you took the time to consider why I did what I did... you may come to thank me." Then off to sit next to Aerith. "Sorry I am late. It took me a bit to get this outfit purchased. I will never understand... the point of paying with cards. If that machine breaks, we all must wait."
TRON Alan would have to agree with Tifa on this one. With the whole concept of /magic/ going on right here and now, why does a single sugar pot seem so interesting?

"Yes, Deelel, I think there will be much work ahead of everyone indeed." He sounds distracted, probably only half-listening. "Hopefully what has been broken can be made whole again. Isn't there an old rhyme about that, something about Humpty Dumpty or something?"

He reaches one black-gloved hand out as if to poke the sugar bowl, evidently at the same time Emi is trying to figure out if there's something hiding inside of it besides... well, sugar.
Mercade Alexander "No, we're not all Shard Seekers." Mercade clarifies to Violet. "Some of us are members of other organizations, but we're all working together to gather the fragments of Manhattan and restore it to the worlds after its destruction by the Heartless." He explains to her.

Zia causes Mercade to nod. "I've heard a good deal about you too! I'm Mercade. Mercade Alexander, of the Twilight Detective Agency." He hands her a card. Habit. "I keep hearing about others having escaped the destruction of Manhattan, and I'm glad to see you here. Stop by the Cloud Nine here in Traverse Town anytime, our office is on the second floor."

Mercade shrugs, shaking his head at Reize. "I as just running behind, Reize. Everything is fine. Really! Totally fine. No problems whatsoever."

Like anyone is going to believe that.

Mercade looks over to Merlin and frowns, a little confused. "Riiiiight. I hope you have a great trip, though!"

Tifa causes Mercade to blink again. "Stop that!" Mercade replies. "I'm..." And then he can /feel/ Avira looking at him. He sloooooowly looks over to Avira, his face reddening. "It... It's not like that!" He waves his hands. Is anyone going to believe that?
Oblivion
Merlin continues to be half bagged as he speaks. "The shards to restore the great city of Manhattan!" He says with some excitement in his voice as he moves back out, to peer over a book, then flips through a few pages. "Yes, mm. Let me see here..."

Meantime...

The sugar bowl is being poked /and/ peered into. First it bops Alan's hand with the spoon. Before reaching up to take back the lid and swinging its spoon in anger at Emi. How dare she!!

It jumps back a few inches, before waving its spook at anger at them both. Swishing it this way and that. It then recollects its lid once more. Almost pushing it more forward this time in its anger for being messed with.

The Wizard at last starts to walk back over. "Yes. The Disney Magic! She is a fine ship, but that is a story for another time." He goes to sit down, the chair scoots out, then back in for Merlin. "Why thank you." He says placing the book on the table and thumbing through a few pages. "Ah yes. You have Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind shards. However.." He then closes the book gently. "There is still one missing."

He peers at everyone here at the table before he uses his wand to scratch the side of his beard on his face. "Now. This missing Shard is called the Spirit Shard. Its location moves from place to place and it is hard to key point exactly in what time it would be at here." He taps his wand on the table a few times. The Sugar Bowl giving Merlin a look, the wand a look, then back at Merlin.

Merlin pauses and peers at the sugar bowl for a moment. Before he waves his hand, "Yes, yes. You may go back in line."

The sugar bowl goes to hastily retreat before anyone else decides to poke it!

Merlin though does turn to look at it, "But no more fighting or it will be the cupboard for you!" He then turns to face the others, "Sometimes the dishes can get so fussy. The forks even at times get upset when they are not polished just the right way."

The wizard then hrms, "Now.. where was I.."

Archimedes then pipes up from inside his hole. "The Spirit Shard."

"Oh yes. The spirit shard!" Merlin then nods his head gently. "I do not know its location sadly and I would try to search through time in order to locate it, but its hard you see, and even harder with all this.. magic.. distraction." He hrmphs. "But! I do know someone who could be of great help in locating it as her magic works on a different beat then my own."
Katyna Katyna scratches her head as she watches the Wizard mumbling to himself and she shakes her head. "He's a bit...Off-kilter, ain't he?" When someone mentions something about the keyblade bringing it all together however, she peers back at Sora's keyblade again, scratching her head. "So, you're the keyblade weilder, huh? Well you're certainly different from the last one I met, but..I wonder if you're the only one who can bring them together?"

Another curious glance is tossed Merlin when he speaks of the 'spirit' shard and she frowns. "Huh? Spirit shard? So like, what kinda element is that? And who is it who can tell us where you find it?" Bah, she's getting impatient as she paces back and forth, trying only to touch things when Merlin isnt looking..
Tifa Lockhart Tifa Lockhart waves to Avira with a smile "Just teasing him, since we're partners and all." She grins a bit, glad for a bit of reaction from Mercade too. She looks back toward Merlin "A spirit shard? That's a new one. Have any idea where we can find it then?" That's probably the whole reason they are here after all, trying to tie loose ends so they can finall free the town that they lost, after such a desperate battle too.
Aerith Aerith knew what kind of element Spirit was. In fact she was an expert on the subject... but she said nothing on it and merely listened in. Perhaps this was not the point to interject when a mission was being explained.
Avira Avira takes note of Mercade's flustered reaction, which makes Avira grow even more flustered in turn. Stiffly, she looks away from the detective and suddenly makes herself very interested in the antics of the rogue sugar pot. My that dish was very disagreeable. There it goes, swatting Alan's hand, then taking a swing at Emi.

"...there's.." Merlin's oft-distracted words finally register to the huntress. Her shoulders sink. "The spirit shard? There's another one? That /travels through time/?"

At least that's how Avira heard it coming from Merlin. She slumps a little, exhausted by the very thought of tracking down another one. How was she going to find time to help out Skoll at this rate? Though Zia being here does remind her that she'll need to connect with her on that very subject soon.
Zia The gargoyle's blue eyes shift to Will, and she nods her head slightly. "Aye, later." Zia doesn't seem apt to attack him right here and now, at least, although she does certainly seem wary of him. With a slight incline of her head, she scootches her chair a bit closer to the table, folding her arms. The twitching of her tail increases in pace, but she takes a single deep breath to focus on calming it.

That's when she's handed a business card. It's probably the first time she's ever seen one outside of television, and the gargoyle turns it in her hand, looking at it with a tilt to her head. "Ah'll have te do tha, then." She notes, saluting him with his own card before looking at it again, turning it over, clearly amused.

Tucking the card away, Zia tries to focus her attention, but she's still not used to such big crowds, and try as she might, the antics of crockery and various strange acts of magic catch her attention easier than Merlin's words. "Wait..." Blink. "So... there's still a shard we need te find, but yer goin off on vacation and we're goin te have te find some other other witch te help us?" Why does this sometimes feel like a wild goose chase?
Will Sherman Will grunts, "I ain't got anything to say to you, Judge Bunny. You put my home in danger, you're lucky we're here," and pray it stays that way.

And then Will Groans... "Another Shard?" And Will sighs...man..not another one...they had come so far, they had done all of this work...why couldn't they be done...AND it time travels. Will just bonks his head into the table and just...punches the back of his head lightly. Bonk bonk bonk...

He looks up at Zia, with a nod..

Then proceeds to bonk himself again. "I just wana go home.." he complains.
Reize Seatlan Thankfully, Sora stopped Reize before he would had answered the question!

Now, Violet gets his attention. "Well.... We're looking for all of the lost shards. That's the purpose of the group." He adds, "...However, many of the people here are here for the shards as well because many of them are from Manhattan or friends of those who are from there."

There is a sad smil that is given to Will and Mercade, the two who lost their homes along with the other refugees." Of course, Mercade further claifies the situation.

"Great! No problems whatsoever!"

0> Reize Seatlan believes everything Mercade Alexander has said without a second thought!

Blink.. "..Eh?!" He frowns. He has heard a bit has been going on. But, there is one more Shard? Now this is interesting. "..Spirit Shard." Of course, he carefully listens in on the details of who may be able to help.
Mercade Alexander Mercade is so doomed. He just cradles his face in his hands as he groans to himself, trying to think of how to deal with this.

And then Merlin explains that there's a fifth Shard. THE SPIRIT SHARD. Mercade looks up, blinking between a couple fingers, and he pulls his hands off his face as he says, "So... Not that I don't trust you implicitly, Merlin, but why am I not getting a good feeling about this 'someone' who can help find it?"

Meanwhile, Reize continues to be entirely too gullible for his own good.
Violet Violet blinks her bright blue eyes up at Mercade as he clarifies that not all of them are part of the same guild, but they were all there because they had the same purpose. And that makes sense. A thoughtful expression flickers through the young girl's expression as she nods seriously. Very serious indeed. "And now we have the five shards required... and a keyblade?" Sounds like the steps of a spell. Just what are they trying to make?

As the Meruin begins talking again, Violet blinks her eyes up at him. Oh. They're missing a shard. "Spirit Shard..." she murmurs softly to herself. And its missing. Hm. The blonde girl frowns again and looks to Reize beside her, taking in what he said also.
Sora Sora looks around cautiously as Keyblades get mentioned. Yeah, that's why he showed up. He nods at Katyna from his spot, the blade shimmering softly to light in his grip so it lays across his lap in the chair. (Sorry to those on either side of him, it's a rather long weapon.)

Oh man, does Sora opt to be clueless this round?
> Sora attempts 1d20 and gets 13.

Okay, not completely clueless. "So bringing all of the shards together will allow the Keyblade to do its' thing." He sort of states, sorts of questions.
TRON Alan jerks back as the spoon-- spork? --smacks against the back of his hand, thankfully avoiding any further sugary fury. He raises an eyebrow at the moving piece of china, shaking his hand as if to dissipate the unpleasant feeling despite there being no damage (or actual pain) caused from the strike.

He resettles himself into his chair, shaking his head faintly at the absurdity of it all and canting his head over to Merlin once more. "'Her'? So there is another besides the one we've met before... what was her name?" He shakes his head, absently rubbing the back of his hand. That's starting to get off-track from the main point. "Never mind. Who is this 'her', and where can she be found?"
Evja Evja just winds up shaking her head a bit at Will's remark as she listens to Merlin speak of the shard. Looking... through time? One can /do/ that? Hands clenching on her dress faintly Evja looks towards Aerith as if about to say something, then simply stops, eyes wandering between those present. Irrationally angry ... thing(Deelel), he wasn't sure what a program was after all. Not sure who Alan is. Katyna... Tifa, the gargoyle from the other night, the leader of the shardseekers... keyblade wielder.
:|
Yes, that's the face Evja makes towards him. Rude little brat. Also another he doesn't know, that Mercade fellow from the last match and Avira, also from the last match. ... the one who gave him the shield shard. A mental note is made to ask her something. Not to mention Maira was here, whom he also needed to speak to.

All in due time.

"Can a world be partially restored in the meantime? Or must all shards be present before any or all of it can be?"
Emi Dennou "S-sorry." Emi manages. "I didn't mean to offend." She awkwardly looks down at her hands and appears to be quite saddened by this turn of events. She continues to be pretty depressed by the fact that they still need to grab another shard and that it sounds like it'll be yet more work on the matter. It fills her with dread that this sudden last shard is needed. Like they allowed themselves to be relieved too soon and now the true problems will start.
Deelel Deelel is listening hears there is another shard to hunt down and sighs a little bit and looks at Tron her own thoughts mirroring his. They need to figure out who this person is and find them soon as possible. "We need to get to them quickly as possible if the Shadow Lords become aware..."
Oblivion
Merlin watches as the group gets a bit depressed on the fact they have one more shard to go seek and the fact that, yes, he is going on vacation. However this did not concern the wizard at all. After all, who he spoke of they would be in excellent hands of!

Archimedes stares at Kat. He already warned, so now he is giving her the /owl/ eye.

Then here come the questions. Merlin was waiting for these questions. Though he nods to Sora in the meantime. He looks at everyone, then continues to explain as the proper questions are asked and the ones he feels most comfortable explaining. "She is quiet the wonderful woman. Great dancer too!" Merlin explains with a bright smile. "A very good friend of mine at that. Where my magic is unable to find it, I know hers will. There is something about the flow of the jazz she is able to do to make it all come alive!" He says this moving his hands outward.

He then strokes his beard gently in thought. "She lives in the Bayou of Louisiana. You can't miss her, or she will find you at least!" He says with a nod of his head before he peers over at the question about if all shards are needed.

"Indeed, indeed they are. All five must be presented! As each of them represent a part of that world. Each of them are all equally important." He hrms softly. "Though do not loose heart on this. Your journey is almost done! Soon the darkness will be swept away and you will all be able to return to your home. If you lose heart in this matter, the darkness may take hold.." Merlin frowns a bit.

He then stands up before walking over to a shelf that has not been emptied. "Now where did I put it. Oh yes, here it is." He pulls out a piece of paper. He shakes it a few times before he lays it on the table. He uses his wand to point at a picture of an older black woman, in white dress like outfit, with a boa over her shoulder. She has a pair of large black shades and a very tall white hat-wrap of some kind. "This. This fine woman here is who you will be looking for. Her name is Mama Odie and she will help you." He then places the wand tip in the fingers of his other hand. He seems pretty sure of this really.
Will Sherman Wait...

"That shard we freed.." he looks up at Mercade, "...I guess it's a good thing we...freed it." he nods. To think...their first adventure would turn out to be much more important than they realized. He takes a look at the picture, he wondered what kind of...woman she was. Well...he guesses they'll meet them later. He ignores Evja, and will likely continue to unless she does something dunb. Which is moderately likely, in Will's opinion.

Tapping his fingers, he sighs... "Alright...alright." he says, shaking his head. "More work...never a moment to rest."
Evja "Huh. I did not realize such. When... the animal land we visited a while back, with the graveyard of the giants... was that not a single shard of a world that got unlocked? Or is there something else to it that I did not notice?" Evja half asks those present, though asks of Merlin as well in looking towards him. Truth told Evja has no idea what this Bayou is, or Louisiana for that matter. Might just be best left up to the others.
Zia "The Bayou." Zia repeats the destination. While she doesn't exactly relish trudging through the swamp, this is just one more step on the journey. "Wha'ever it takes." She whispers this last part to herself, although some nearby might overhear. Letting out a breath, the gargoyle squares her shoulders and sits up straighter. "Ye have m'thanks twice over old man. Hopefully this witch can point us in the right direction." That said, she leans closer to get a better view of the woman's image. There are some really strange looking humans, it seems.
Reize Seatlan So, that's that.

With the situation assured, Reize looks towards the others, "Well, guess we'll have to hed to the Bayou of Louisana!" He then turns to face Mercade and Will, "Don't worry guys, we'll all get the last shard! The Shard Seekers will help you guys with the case however we can!"

He beams at Will, who complains about more work. "Knight's Vow #68: Whatever obstacle that comes your way, never back down."
Avira "I know, right?" Avira mutters as Will points out that it's a darn good thing they found that other shard months ago, or else they wouldn't be able to meet up with this woman.

Still, the huntress seems less than thrilled. She's tired! "So finding /her/ isn't going to be that hard at least. Ngh, still, I thought it would be over tonight...hm."

Putting aside the earlier...exchange, Avira glances over to Mercade, "Maybe Isaac's pig magic can help?"
Aerith Of course, from what Aerith knew about Reize so far... She reminded herself to bring a few extra potions. Just in case. The flowergirl blinked at the mention of pig magic, and just the notion of it made her giggle.
Will Sherman "My god...Riku was right.." Will groans, "You and Sora are like a singularity..." he rubs his head, shaking it. "May heaven have mercy on us all.."
Mercade Alexander Jazz? Mercade loves jazz, he listens to it all the time. "Oh hell, we're going to New Orleans? That's great!" Mercade says. "We can grab some Cajun cooking while we're down there, it'll be amazing." He thinks for a moment, looking over the picture. "A little bit of the swamp magic, huh? That's going to be pretty cool. We're going to find it with voodoo or something?" If Isaac was here he's sure the mage would correct him on what the deal is. BUT HE'S NOT so Mercade is safe." He looks over to Will. "All of them are important, Will. As soon as we've got this one, we'll be able to get this done. We're on the home stretch."

Reize causes Mercade to peer. "How many of those /are/ there? And you have them all memorized?"

Avira's question causes Mercade to shrug. "The last time we tried the pig magic we almost got eaten by a giant MECHA-LOBSTER, STEEL SCOURGE OF THE SEVEN SEAS."
Sora "Oy, what does that mean!?" Sora demands of Will, the Keyblade Wielder standing up as he waves a hand - not the keyblade, which is conviently on the table, but a hand, at the fate seer. "I do things right and stuff!"
Reize Seatlan "There are 218 vows that my father taught me," Reize makes a chime towards Mercade. And he taps his forehead, "Right in this noggin!"
Tifa Lockhart Tifa Lockhart considers "It seems the shards we picked up where thrown all around the place, wasn't it..." She shakes her head "Either way, we'll go find it, won't we? I'm guessing she knows where the last shard is then, we should go and ask her." She stands up a bit, looking at the others for any plans.

She blinks at Sora "Well we're all counting on you once we got all of the shards, you are the only one that can do this after all."
Will Sherman "Just...just don't touch each other.." Will shakes his head, "I hate to think that Riku might actually be a hundred percent on. He'll get a noble peace prize for science in understanding the way empty heads congrigate.." he says, an looks at Reize. "This explains so much."
Violet Violet frowns as she glances at Reize beside her. "That... seems allot. And way too many to memorize."
TRON Alan studies the picture of the witch in question, memorizing her appearance. It doesn't take long. "At least this 'Mama Odie' won't be difficult to reach." He sighs softly, tilting his head back to stare up at the ceiling. "It's progress, at least. It's almost done..."

He watches the conversation between Sora, Will, and Reize with growing amusement, complete with rather muffled snickering.
Katyna Katyna yawns. "alright already, so let's find the last shard already and get this over with! no sweat, Avira, just one more to go, then we'll be able to restore Manhattan.." Still she has to wonder if those pretty shinies are useful in other ways too. "Well, let's not waste anymore time then. Thanks Merlin!"
Emi Dennou Emi glances to Violet.

She gives her a slow nod. That seems to be it though!

Until she adds, "...His father liked vows so he put vows in his vows."
Sora Sora furrows his eyebrow, passing off the comments with a 'tsch'. "Of course you need me, who else would you find on such sort notice?" Somewhere, deep within the depths of Sora's brain, his little arrogant Ego section of his brain is nodding wisely. Common Sense, meanwhile, in the form of a Mini-Kairi, has givven up and is hiding underneath a large blanket, mostly out of fright.

The Keyblade Wielder slumps down into his seat again, frowning at Will. "Riku's dumb."
Oblivion
The Viera asks and Merlin hrms softly. "I--" He pauses in his thought process. "I-- had the answer just a moment ago... It seem to have left my mind, perhaps another time version of myself would have this answer." He seems very focused on this concept. "Though if I was to ask I that question, then me could, perhaps, cease all existence and time would start to loop.."

Archimedes then 'ahems' a few times.

Merlin stares at Archimedes. "What?" Then blinks his eyes in confusion.

As everyone starts to talk and discuss what they need to do, Merlin nods his head to them all till suddenly...

..all the bloody clocks go off in the house. Which causes Merlin to nearly fall right over and Archimedes to flutter his wings in a near panic state.

Merlin swishes his wand to make all the clocks stop. "Well. That seems to be all I have time for today! Off all of you go. Shoo shoo! You have Mama Odie to find and do tell her I said hello!!" He then goes to wave his wand and hand, then suddenly they all get lifted up by magic; well more like chairs; and 'whooshed' right out the door, being dumped by the chairs. Which then all start to head /right/ back inside again. If they were not by via chair, they were probably swept out by brooms!

Merlin's eyes go wide as he suddenly yells, "And whatever you do don't talk too--"

Sadly whatever he was going to say, was cut off by the last chair going back in and the door slamming shut.
Reize Seatlan !!!

All of the clocks go off. Every. Single. Clock.

"ACCCKKK!!!" And of course, after Merlin deactivats the clocks and sends the off, well... All of them were dumped off of the chais and then swept by brooms. "AAACCCKKKK!!!!" He has the dor slammed.

"..That was mean." The boy puffs his cheeks and he stands up.

"Oh! Violet! We better meet back with the others at the headquarters. We'll prepare for thenext day!" He brings his hands up into the air. Then, he reaches over to take her hand while the other hand pulls out a map.

"I got my map, so we'll begin our travel back to Fluorgis to get the others!"

Crackle of lightning and thunderstorm after is statement.
Deelel Deelel listens to Merlin talk about his friend. Well he's not let them down so far so what's she got to worry about. She pauses for a moment at the mention of a music stule that gets her attention. "Humm very well! That should be easy enough find. We won't havd to search all the worlds, just that regions." She listens, they are almost there they just need to hang on a bit longer

"ID Mama Odie, got it."

She's still not sure about it and she starts humming 7 some song or another as she thinks. "I'm afraid I'm a little ignorant just what is the Bayou, I know it's region in North America but that's all." She frowns a little bit She gets up from the chair.

"We shall pass that message along. Nothing imporant was ever an easy undertaking."
Aerith Right, that was quick... Of course, it would have to be. They had no time to lose. "Tifa, you coming back to Goug with me? We're gonna need a few thing if we want to get ready for this."
Avira "This better be the /real/ last one." Avira mutters, looking to Katyna. She still looking a bit dejected about the whole deal. If this took ANOTHER tournament to get back, Avira's going to scream. Then, for a few seconds, she nearly has a heart attack as every clock in the house goes off at once.

This old man should NOT have that many clocks.

Steeling herself, Avira manages a weak smile. "Have fun on your trip, Merlin." she offers before the wizard rushes off to his magical cruise.
Violet Violet visibly flinches with surprise as the clocks go off all at once, but that lasts only a moment before she frowns gently with genuine confusion. And Reize was rattled much more than she was. Blinking her bright eyes up at him when he pushes himself to his feet, she practically has to keep herself from stumbling out of her own chair as well when he catches his hand. A small bit of color rises in her cheeks, but Violet manages to keep her feet under her as she's pulled to her feet.
Evja "..."

Suddenly Evja is shooed out the door and left looking rather displaced. In fact, the Viera was quite confused. They went all this way out here to see this blasted wizard and he pushes them out because a clock chimes? Sigh. "Aerith... did you need me to accompany you? Or were you going to be well on your own?"
Aerith Aerith shrugged. "The more the merrier, Evja." She smiled. "Besides, I need to show you what Goug is like."
TRON Alan finds himself getting 'chairnapped' right out the door, the piece of furniture upending and dumping him clear of the porch before returning from whence it came. He isn't quite able to get his feet under him and finds himself rather ungracefully lying face-first on the ground once the dust settles.

"Merlin using magic to evict visitors from his home must be... what is the term, again?" He lifts his head up, readjusting his glasses with a bemused expression on his face. "'A thing'?"

He easily gets up and brushes dust and dirt off of his clothes, not looking too much worse for wear. "I wonder who it is we are not supposed to speak to..."
Tifa Lockhart Tifa Lockhart looks over to Aerith, nodding "Might as well, I know the way there after all. Premium Heart is waiting closeby." She smiles as she moves toward the exit with her friend, since they got all of the answers they needed for now. "I've been spending most of my time in Traverse lately though, with the Hades cup and all."
Sora Sora. Hates. Chair. Transportation.

The resultant fling tosses Sora outside of the house, and his keyblade an amazingly far distance away, while the keyblade wielder, his face somewhat in the dust, mumbles, "I hate chair transportation." He eventually gets up, dusting himself off, then glares at his keyblade.

There is a pause. Then a longer pause. Then the Keyblade pops back into his hand. "Okay, food now." He decides, ambling off towards Traverse Town and Cloud Nine. Fear.
Emi Dennou The effect is so sudden and so shocking that when Emi is finally outside, she is quite alarmed. She has a regret that sticks to her. What was the deal with that sugarbowl? What was it? She may never know, but she resolves, one day, to do a bang up job of trying to find out.
Evja "Then I suppose I shall go as well. I... had plans to speak with Merlin further, but given my chance was snatched away, it shall have to wait." Looking around at the various people present, "Besides, I cannot imagine I am welcome here. Let us go, then." Evja speaks mostly to Aerith, though Tifa as well since she was coming along that way too.
Mercade Alexander Mercade is almost getting used to this by now. "DON'T DO WHAT?" Mercade yells back at Merlin, but it's too late. He sighs. "Oh well." He'll just have to bring Reize so he's guaranteed to do what they're not supposed to do, so Reize has whatever horrible thing that happens only happen to him. It's like a sacrificial protagonist.

He shrugs. "All right, looks like we're solid. Dinner, bed, and then a trip to Louisiana. Sounds perfect." Mercade waves, and heads back to Cloud Nine himself.
