| Reize Seatlan | It's time for a trip to the bazaar. It's brustling with life, all of the people had gathered together to do some shopping. Vending is popular in the area as many people are loving the atmosphere. Vendors are EVERYWHERE! Many are selling new wares and others are selling 'magic carpets'. Reize, however, is here for a different reason. There was a posting on the mission board, requesting for someone to search for a rare blue gem that was located deep within the Bare Desert. Given that it was filled with the undead, Reize took up that mission. The directions told him to meet the person who posted the request at the bazaar. It's... supposed to be a gem shop or something. He scratches his head, "Where is the shop?" |
| Lenn | A gem shop in the bazaar? Not too many of those, but the direction's Reize is given leads him to a nearly-bare booth, run by a lovely blonde elf. She's working with a ring, at the moment, not noticing the young boy's approach. |
| Reize Seatlan | Here aren't too any shops that handles gems. This may make the trip easier. As Reize passes by many of the vendors, his eyes cannot help but to look back at the wares sold. He soon remembers that he came to the bazaar to complete an assignment. When he arrives towards the nearly bare booth ran by the elf, Reize tilts his head over and he brightens to a smile, "Ooooii!" The boy waves a hand, then he starts approaching the shop. "Uh, you're the person that put up a mission at the pub, right?" |
| Lenn | Lenn looks up with a nod. "Oh, yes, I am. I need a gem from around here, to see if I can do anything with it." She nods. "Did you need more details?" |
| Reize Seatlan | "Well, actually..." Admittedly, the boy looks a tad beaten up and roughed up. It has been quite a day. With most of his friends likely resting, Reize still looks cheerful. Presenting his hand out, he reveals the blue gem. "Tada!" The fourteen-year-old traveler muses, "I decided to take up the mission. It seemed interesting and I wanted to help out." |
| Lenn | Lenn says, "Wow. You did it. Impressive!" She fishes out a small pouch of munny. "Here you are, your reward. Though you look like you're a bit the worse for wear. Would you like a little help with that?""" |
| Reize Seatlan | A grin comes from the traveler, who seems pretty well. While he hands the gem over towards Lenn, Reize looks over to the munny presented to him, "Hey! Thanks!" He grins, "Ivo would be pleased. We'll get our finances going." ...Reize, for some reason, is imagining Ivo just sighing, wisting away while controlling the urge to bang his head on the table, considering their lack of funds. Nevertheless, Reize looks towards the lady, "Err, sure! I could use the help!" |
| Lenn | Lenn nods, and reaches into another pouch, producing a crystal. It glows softly as she points it at Reize, then pulses with healing light, before dimming, having casted its spell on Reize. |
| Reize Seatlan | When Lenn procures a crystal, Reize leans forward to glance at it. As it glows, his eyes widen, "Buh?!" And soon, the crystal pulses and glows. The effects of the magic is slowly raining down on him, sealing the wounds. ...Oh, hey! Reize brightens, "Wow, that feels great! Thanks!" He looks towards the crystal, "You use magic through gems?" |
| Lenn | Lenn nods. "I do." She shrugs. "It's the only way I really can do magic properly. So I charge these gems and do it that way. |
| Reize Seatlan | When Lenn admits of the magic being her focus on utilizing her spells, Reize nods a bit and he runs a hand over to his head, "Oh! That's interesting! Well, I'm Reize Seatlan! I wanted to thank you for the heal and the interesting mission! It gave me something to do while my friends and I figured out stuff." |
| Lenn | Lenn says, "Your friends. You mean your guild, or a smaller group within? Sorry if I'm being nosey, it's an old habit of mine." She smiles. "I'm Lenn."" |
| Reize Seatlan | "Yeah! Uhh.. we are working on making our clan official." He brightens, "We are the Shard Seekers." ....The ones that were part of an earlier commotion throughout the day. Few of the members somewhat caused a bit of chaos, but they all pulled together through the worst of it. He rubs the back of his head, grimacing about the day and the missng pendant. A smile is given. "Nevertheless, it is a pleasure to meet you, Lenn" |
| Lenn | Lenn nods. "A pleasure. Seems like your guild never seems to have a dull moment, anyway?" She smiles. "Should I ask what the commotion was all about? |
| Reize Seatlan | Nnggh. "It was a dispute between one of my friends and someone who wasn't. Then... uh, some beggar stole my pendant. ...Except, that beggar was something else entirely." He grimaces. He muses, looking at Lenn, "Nevertheless, our group is a work in progress. We came together, in the end.. and got a chance to chat with one another."He brightens, "Now, just taking care of a couple of missions before I go to sleep." |
| Lenn | Lenn nods. "And this group... what do you guys do, exactly?" She tilts her head, curiously. This kid seems pretty nice, and maybe if he's a traveling guild, she'll eventually find a good place to set up shop. |
| Reize Seatlan | "Well, right now, we're trying to establish ourselves." He considers her words, "However, we plan to find the missing shards..." He faint smile is given, "And restore them." He considers, "Many of my friends lost their worlds." He lowers his head, "...So, I am going to help them find it. However, we cannot do it alone. So, we all joined together for a common cause." |
| Lenn | Lenn blinks. She blinks again. "Really. You're going out there to search for World Shards?" She hmms. "I may not be able to stock as many spells as a real healer, but would you be willing to take one more? |
| Reize Seatlan | A nod is given. "Yes." It is rather strange to believe a kid, so young, would be able to find the other worlds. However, there is a bit of determination and resiliance that does give off his faith. Even without his pendant right now, Reize will fight on. He is not alone. He has the other members of the Shard Seekers. A smile is growing. "Of course! The more, the merrier!" |
| Reize Seatlan | A faint smile is given towards Lenn, "...Many people have. Just remember, you're not alone. That is why we formed the Shard Seekers." He grins, extending a hand her way. "Welcome aboard, Lenn." |
